Shipping costs: do not apply

Cancellation policy: the cancellation policy is indicated when making the reservation in its particular conditions. In the case of non-refundable reservations, if you cancel or do not show up, the payment will not be refunded under any circumstances. If the reservation conditions do not establish a cancellation policy, the provisions of current legislation will apply.

Prices

The prices indicated are Retail Prices VAT included.

The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of room and board selected, except for hotels where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated.

The price does not include: Any unspecified service as well as extras such as transfers, tips, telephone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc...

Time of entry (check-in) and departure (check-out): As a general rule and unless otherwise expressly agreed with the establishment, the rooms may be used from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and they must be vacated at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Passports and visas

All travelers, without exception (children included), must carry their corresponding personal and family documentation in order, be it a passport or ID, according to current legislation.
